Villa gazcue apartments Can they be trusted?

I would like to know if anyone knows of theses apartments Villa gazcue on the corner of L de ovando and Pichardo. My husband and I can't afford to visit the place before we move in? Is it safe? Does anyone know the managers?

I don't know the place but I would suggest that you actually can't afford NOT to visit the place before you move in, unless it is for a really short term rental, say a couple of month or less.

I know that it's risky to do this but we are both students. In a perfect world we would go, scout out a couple of places and make a decision but unfortunately that option is not available to us.

Well, the area is pretty safe.
Not sure of the management.
