Default Boca Chica

Does anyone know of how we go about finding a 1-2 bedroom rental in Boca Chica. We're looking for safe, furnished apt. near the beach for a couple of months maybe Nov - Jan. Is this impossible? What might something like this cost, and are there certain contract/rental agreement issues we should be aware of?

There´s a new condo project opening called DreamVillage which is right on the beach and they will rent apartments. They should be finished and operational by September from what I´ve been told.
Here´s the website:jes - Home

The Boat House has apartments right on the beach in a not noisy area. The owner is a New Zealander and an excellent guy. He plays some classic music in his bar, you can get a decent breakfast there and he may even lend you his little sailboat.
The only reason i mention this is because he really stood out as a stand-up guy. Not too many of these about in Boca Chica.
Not that I frequent Boca Chica, you understand

Great! Thanks for everyone's advice. I researched several links, and there are several options. I was concerned somewhat with lots of discussion about BC girls being in hotels. Maybe this isn't the place for us?

Stay At barcelo Cappela In juan Dolio. This is a Good All-inclusive resort hotel. I have stayed there many times in the suites 4000 room area of the property. I used to stay in Boca Chica but it has to many quality of life problems on the streat, If you know what I mean. If you like five star Hotel message me and I will tell you about a more delux Hotel.
