Title Transfer after Divorce

Can anyone advise on how one transfers the title of an apartment from my ex-wife's name to mine in Punta Cana. Does anyone know of a local lawyer who can assist for a reasonable price??

You can't do it without her co-operation. She will have to sign it over but you need legal advice. Let us know where you are (are you in Punta Cana)? and members will recommend local lawyers!

I'll be in Punta Cana next week...The apartment in question is in the Santa Maria Del Mar complex.

Do you have a lawyer in mind that can assist?
