This thread is dedicated to properties that have been sold on the North Coast and are no longer available for sale.
All realtors pretty much list the same house for sale.
There is nothing worse than a keen buyer wishing to purchase a home that is advertised only to be told the property was sold the previous week or month.
I am not asking for a post of the exact location of the sold property, just a picture of the front view of the house so we can all keep our websites/shop fronts up to date and accurate.
Obviously, this thread is not for “chit-chat”- it’s for Bullet Point information only.
