Living in Haciendas El Choco

Hi, I'm considering buying a lot in Haciendas El Choco. I would be very pleased if someone of you guys who lives in this gated community could provide some informations about the following:

1) How is living in Haciendas El Choco in regards of privacy, tranquillity and quality of living?

2) What about the access road to Haciendas El Choco? Do you think the road will be newly asphalted someday?

3) What are the current monthly maintenance fees for security etc.?

4) Is it possible to build a house with a flat roof (modern style)?
