Default Need a Realtor in Santiago

I have a house in "Vista Linda" that I would like to sell. I would be grateful if someone could advise me of a competent and reputable realtor that can sell it for me. Thanks in anticipation of your advice.

He doesn't speak a whole lot of Spanish but has done good work at super reasoble prices for at least three otehr DR1'ers here in Santiago. Tell him Chi sent you. No I don't get a commission, ok maybe a beer.

I agree. Also, be careful as some realtors can be difficult to deal with when they decide not to work with a potential buyer's realtor because they don't want to split the commission. Patricio only works by commission and will work with all realtors. He is also professional and nice.

Is Patricio a good realtor to work with for a higher-end rental in Santiago? I have a friend looking for a nice apartment/penthouse or villa with a pool in La Trinitaria, La Esmerelda, Villa Olga, Cerros de Gurabo, etc. He's willing to pay top dollar for a really nice place. He doesn't speak much Spanish and is looking for a good English-speaking realtor who's willing to actually work for their commission... any suggestions?

I referred him to Olima RE...he spoke to someone there who took all his information, discussed a couple of listings, said would get right back to him, and hasn't called back in almost a week...

Oops, I meant to say he doesn't speak a lot of English. No worry, send him and email and he will understand.

Patricio doesn't speak a whole lot of English but has helped at least threee other DR1'ers with good results, and two of them don't speak Spanish. I'm sure he works with all ranges of sales, he is mobile as he has his own car. I do know a fellow who has a condo on the 4th floor in los cerros de gurabo, I don't know if he has a pool though.

BTW, expect to pay a premium commission for an English speaker, it is assumed that you will have loads of money. If you would rather keep that loads for yourself, call Patricio.
