Hello Every one I had a few questions maybe someone could help me with.
I met a Real Estate Agent in Sosua and his company was called Miami S.A or something like that he was german and had an office on the second floor right above or near the classico.
Maybe someone knows how to contact him?

There is a house across from Sosua Beach in Los Tavares I think that loop is called?
It's a big pink house with American shingles on it I almost bought it a few years ago. Does anyone know how to contact the owner if it hasn't sold yet?
Also I knew of an apartment in cabarete that was abandoned by th owner around 4 years ago. After looking for about a year I found him in the Netherlands in prison.
Does anyone know what kind of paperwork/procedure I would need to go through to complete the purchase?
I would be willing to pay for sound advice right now I would just like to have an idea of what papers I would need to take to Holland.
