Looking for house in Monte Cristi or Manzanillo Bay

I was hoping someone out there has knowledge of any land for sale or at least a rental or a place to start out in the Monte Cristi or especially the Manzanillo area. A couple of years ago I saw a house on the beach for sale there I think it was like a bed and breakfast.
I am having a very difficult time finding anything in the northwest area unless it's huge parcels of land.
I've tried all the Spanish classifieds and most of the Dominican Real Estate sites.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
