I have not been back for 18 years now...too painful to leave our little 'paisito'...it's so beautiful there...too bad you need to be related to the Gates in order to be able to live there!!!
My parents are retired and have a house by the beach in Shangrilá...so at the end of this year me and my Dominican husband will be spending Christmas and New Year's there...God willing!!!
