Thank you all for responding. I've enjoyed reading the thoughts and have to admit I agree with a portion of every response. Also, AnnaC, thank you for keeping the thread free of ad hominen attacks.

Discussion of the gender differences as they relate to the pursuit of carnal bliss in the DR can be civilized after all. After all, women are from Venus and men are from Mars.

Well Anna she could of been speaking in general terms about the international rep that Boca Chica has attained for itself, not necessarily about any of us in particular.

But in my last post in this thread I just wanted to illustrate, before people begin bashing without knowing, is that there are quite a few women young and old, pretty and everything else under the sun who flock to BC to get their groove on.

It is not just us guys, which I think is the misconception.

SOME of these desperate people even marry their Sankies and all of a sudden, we are the ones who messed-up the DR as if they forget how and where they found their "different one".

Let's just wait unitl their "different one" starts making ALLL kind of excuses to travel ALONE to the DR!.

Boca Chica has been a "hooker playground" BEFORE I was born!!. And I am NOT a spring chicken!!. It has only gotten worse!!.

It has gotten so bad that even SOME Dominicans, from all social scales, HATE to go there!.

No misconception, I was speaking in general terms, but if anyone in particular got offended it's because maybe they DID contribute to the demise of Boca Chica...and I know that women do it all the time...they just don't go there to look for lust and then turn around and bash the place...there is a difference...

Mira, BABAGANOOSH, I called it PutasChica, NOT because I have gone there to get or look at women, as MANY tourists do, but because as I said, people have known Boca Chica for being "a sex beach" FOR GENERATIONS!.

Tourists and Dominicans alike have made PUTASCHICA what it is today, a "hookers playground".

I don't see the DR through the eyes of a Dominican. If I did that, I would only see what that person wants me to see. Plain and simple!!.

Yes, there are many men that fall for it .. and we've had many men on the forum saying just that .. "She says I'm the baby's daddy, what should I do"
And not only in Boca Chica.

I think grown-ups should know by know about the birds and the bees and making babies irresponsibly is just that, irresponsible.

For myself, I actually have no problem with someone going to a place to screw their brains out, male or female - if they're not cheating on their partners. Just do it responsibly for heaven's sakes!
