Sankies,gigalos, scam artists, users, can be found anywhere, any country and with high tech you'll find more and more on the internet as well. Copy/paste same words to a few at the same time. What a deal!

To answer the question - no difference.

Here is a thought... since all these ladies/men visiting the resorts and falling in love are probably buying these guys/ladies laptops to be able to correspond with them all the time, these resort workers are probably a good percentage of the internet sankies!
