Remodeling an apartment in Santo Domingo

I am looking to rent an older apartment in Gazcue, that will need to be painted, it also needs a new kitchen and a new bathroom.

do I hire someone to do this for me?

Angies list! Oh wait that I believe only services the USA

Talk about a country that could use an 'angies list" to find trusted, competent workers.

Would be cool if there was a dr1 section for this where we could all post by category our trusted workers in the DR, and even rate them.
