2003 Merengue Festival (Santo Domingo)

Hello Everyone:

My wife and I will be in DR 8/1/03 - 8/9/03; so we will be there for the last weekend of the Merengue Festival. My question is, does anyone know where I could find the schedule (if any) of events, where bands will be playing and times?

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
