Condo Parque - Zona Colonial
Hello all,
I just wanted to report in that I stayed at the Condo Parque on Palo Hincado in Zona Colonial for 3 nights at the begining of June. The hotel is very affordable (35.00 US), very clean, and altogether a friendly, comfortable place to stay. Walter, his friends and staff make for an enjoyable and relaxing few days. The hotel is about equal walking distance from the Malecon and EL Conde alike. About a 10 minute walk from a great little Italian place called, I think, Carlos and Christian's ( I could be a little off - good wine too).For about one third the price of Palacio, where I had roomed previously, I will make Condo Parque my base for future trips to SD.
Also, I experienced no power outages the 4 days I was there, although the internet went out for about 2 days.
