Default Santo Domingo or Punta Cana
How far in distance is Punta Cana from Santo Domingo? I'm looking to travel to the Dominican Republic and I am trying to figure out where to stay. We will probably going out at night in Santo Domingo but the casinos and the better all inclusive resorts appear to be in Punta Cana.

Trying to figure the best mode of transportation while in the DR. Taxi or rental car.
