Where on the Malecon, lets say in relation to Maximo Gomez or Abraham Lincoln Avenues, is this hotel? How far East or West on the Malecon?

Approximately - a few blocks east of Máximo Gómez, and a couple of blocks before you get to the Obelisk with the painting of the Mirabal Sisters.

On the malecon in between Jaragua and Napolitano. The nearest intersection is Pasteur.
