Default Posting a letter to England - what are my options

It needs to be posted in the next day or so and needs to be in England by the end of this week.

What are my options?

I know regular post is out as that can take months.

Is fed ex my only option or are there other choices?

Where is my nearest fed ex office? I am in zona colonial.

DHL might work better, as tehy are European company, the connection might be better. They probably still route via the US, but it might get corners cut in Europe. Would opt for DHL.

I sent a packet of documents FEDEX from Puerto Plata on Feb. 19th. It was delivered in Germany on Feb. 21st. I don't think the fact that DHL is European makes any difference. In fact, I had a package of books sent DHL from London to Puerto Plata and it took FOREVER to get to me.
