Default Where to go for reliable HIV/STD testing in Santo Domingo?

I am going to need to know where can I take the Chica to an STD clinic where we can get same day test results? Do the pharmacies offer these services? Hearing about all of the HIV/STD statistics on the DR makes me want to take a very prudent approach with the women over there. Of course I plan to use a condom for sex (I need to be extra safe here) Since I am very big on going downtown with the tongue, this is another factor to put into consideration.
Thank you for your replies in advance!

With your too explicit details, you should know that in the DR there are plenty of medical "laboratorios" that will solve part of your problem.

But with latent virus life of up to (what was that>?) like five years....you take your chances....

I don't know how the testing is done in the DR but in NYC you need to wait 6 months for an accurate reading. For example

You have sexual relations with your chica in January. If you go for a test prior to July it may not be 100% accurate. You would have to go again in July to be 100% sure. If you test negative then you are negative provided you are not having relations with anyone but her and likewise for her.

The virus can take 6 months to show up in a test. If she or you for that matter test positive immediately then you know--- but if she or you had relations with someone last night--- it WILL not show up for that 6 month period.

As for oral sex-- it's very difficult to contract HIV from oral sex but remember there are other diseases out there besides HIV ! --ones that stay with you FOREVER!!!!!
