Can anyone tell me about his place.... Where is it? - Is it at all near the Jarragua / El Conde etc.?

I'm sure this is the place at the Boca Chica end of Av. Espana.
Sure, you could walk to El Conde, would take you around an hour.
I would not pick this place if it's your first time in SD and you don't have a car.
