power outage

I read on DR1 today that power will be off on mon, wed and fri in the colonial zone for next two months....guess what...it has been off on mon, wed and fri since feb....sometimes it changes to tue and thurs...from about 8 am to sometimed 7 pm...my bill went down a whopping 2oo pesos....with elec half of the time...cannot understand why they do not work from 10 pm
untill 6 am when all businesss are closed and most people are sleeping instead of shutting elec to all stores and restaurants on el conde and rest of colonial zone all day long....

I guess they would be in the dark. In the day time they don't need light to work, at night that would need generators etc. Then people would complain they couldn't sleep due to the noise

well,so much for mon,wed and fri...yesterday it went off in the am about 1030 and again last night ...not for long but enough to p/// you off...
