OK, it is fall 2007 - new clubs open and some old ones close. For Santo Domingo, what is the latest for good bachata-merengue, maybe some salsa during the week, and/or weekends in Santo Domingo - places where a good guy dancer can meet local chicas who really can burn up the floor?
