Hello, we are going to be in the Dominican Republic in about one month. We have been searching for a way to get to Haiti from the DR. First, I checked through Puerto Plata and even called AeroDomca and they do not offer flights to Cap-Haitien. Is there air service still with Caribintiar to Port au Prince or Tortug Air?
It doesn't seem that there are flights frorm POP to CAP. Any information would be appreciated.
