You know that is one Question i would Love Answered. But All dealers are the Same They will all make you a deal About an extra RD$2,000 and he will include all medical Papers to make sure you pass all u have to do is pick it up in SD, mine made me the offer I said "nah its ok i dont use any of that and im not crazy" plus When u Go Atleast to where i did my Tests They ask you Also If u give something under the Table They will Pass You.
