anyone know where i can get a cedula asap? will pay $ to expidite the process.

There's a process to getting a cedula. You can't just pick one up somewhere (unless you're the PLD or PRD purchasing votes) but that's beside the topic.

Are you planning on becoming a citizen or legal resident? Information for both can be found by searching on these forums.

i wanted to become a citizen but the process takes so long i was hoping there was a faster method.

To get a cedula, one only needs to get legal DR residency. The process does not take long, and is easy to get.

I assume you were born here or one of your parents were. That would be the only way for you to receive citizenship.

The process is actually rather quick. In my case, I had to wait a very long time to get the cedula in my hand but I got my Dominican Birth Certificate quickly.
