This being my first trip to DR it was great!! couldn't of asked for better weather. I spend most of my time by the roof top pool just relaxing. I did walk down to Mega Centro, its not like our US malls, but it was good enough for me. Also walked over to Plaza Lama.
The hotel staff was great, the gaming floor was quite busy this past weekend. Its funny too, most of the time when i go the casino here in the states i lose, but i was playing on the penny slots (i'm cheap
) and then i herd my number called (number of the slot machine) and i won $25! go figure, when i'm out of the states i win!! That same night there was another winner who won 3000 on a slot!! lucky her!
All in all i give Aurora del sol 2 thumbs up! Its a great hotel, and has a great staff who really take care of you.
I'll be back to the DR very soon!!
i hope more of you give this place a try. its well worth it!
