It's been awhile since we were there, but we like La Llave del Mar [The Key to the Sea] seafood restaurant on the Malecon. Their cazuela de mariscos is a seafood combination platter that I love

One of the best seafood restaurants in Santo Domingo is Sully. It's definitely worth the trip.

Their contact info can be found in the directory section of dr1guide.com along with a Google Map: Sully - Seafood - Restaurants - dr1guide Directory

Blue House is indeed gone and they are building a casino on the property which as far as I know still doesn't have a license to operate.

Sully is good. I had a nice lobster there (not huge) a few months back. I believe it was 1000 pesos.
