The last time I went, which was a couple of weeks ago, I was astonished to discover they were opening at 5pm, and not going after the lunch crowd. I can tell you that just about every fast food and regular restaurants are full everyday from 1 to 3 in the afternoon.
The last time I was there, it was around 6 pm, and it was roughly half full.
I have to go back and check to see if they've adjusted their hours.
