The room, as well as the dining and lounging area is well designed and comfortable.
Breakfast is generally included and is filling, wholesome and delicious.
The staff is friendly and professional, as is the management. Small problems are handled quickly and efficiently. I have never had a big problem, so can not judge the handling of this type of problem.
