Lake near Boca Chica

I'm trying to find a waterski school in a man made lake in the Dominican Republic. Someone told me it's near Boca chica and run by an italian skier.
This is a pic of the lake in construction, the pic was taken in April 2004.

I think Mario, the owner of Costalunga Hotel is the guy making this project so try calling there to speak to him. I don't think there is a school but AFAIK it is his lake.
