I stayed at this property for one night when my room at the Hotel Zapata was made unavailable due to some plumbing issues. This hotel is owned by the same folks that own the Hotel Zapata (Roberto / Martha).
It is a brand new property with all the trimmings. The rooms are some fo the cleanest that I have ever seen (I am including North American hotels). The manager is "Ana".
The downside is that it is in the middle of nowhere. It is beyond the Hamaca across from the Boca Chica Marina Resturaunt and the Neptune Resturaunt. It is a hike to the beach and that section of the beach is not the nicest. They have a pool on property that has a mural of a beach (if you squint you think you are at the beach

).
I would not stay there unless you are opposed the beaches. You are much better off going to the Hotel Zapata and having a few drinks with Martha. Much more fun.
Good luck!
