Well... that is how Metro Group had started with Costa Del Sol 1. Sold 50% preconstruction first. 2 years later we see the results. Only this time they are looking for big $$$ before to start. Looks like to make all 3 developments at ones. http://www.listindiario.com.do/antes...inero/din2.htm

I think as a member of this project you can always use the facilities of Metro Country Club and Costa Del Sol 1 Beach Club when it will be ready.

would love to purchase a new condo in las olas but i think it will take 3 years to complete cant wait that long

Construction of Las Olas will start in September this year and will be finished in 2008 as well the other developments of Metro Group :Costa Del Sol 2 and the first fase of Marbella By Metro ( first two out of five buildings ).
