Default Parasailing in Boca Chica?
Is there parasailing in Boca Chica? Can anyone give me an estimate of the cost? Gracias!

nope!

not sure if there is any thing close by. but the most you will find in BC is some water skiing and some day trips for snorkeling or diving.

if i am wrong let me know. BUt i have been around the area beaches for a few years and have never seen anything more than perhaps boogie boardind at playa caribe

Default Hotel Hamaca
Yes I have seen a parasailing boat leaving out of Hamaca Hotel and Casino..Call the hotel for more details...I never did it but did see it last year..They have it there when the tourism season is high..Sorry but I don't have their number.........

There is no parasailing in Hamaca at the moment , no jetski ...just pedals , banana boats , sailing etc.

again..i have never ever seen parasailing in Boca Chica. (have been traveling there for seven years). I have been to the other beaches in the area...and have not seen it there either.

While hamaca does not offer jet ski's...they are available at the other end of the beach. OTher water activities include the typical banana boats, and pedals as steve pointed out...as well as boats that bring folks to either snorkeling or scuba destinations as well as day trips to saona or catalina isles.

but no parasailing or wind surfing etc. For that one should go to cabarete

Actually they really tried a year or two ago some parasailing for few weeks , as well some kind of flying boat ... and jetski in the area , but it was prohibeted after some accident with jetski ...you can still jetski in public beach area more far away of Hamaca but no parasailing in Boca Chica this year of sure.

I said I saw it last year..Not AT THE MOMENT....And it was not everyday..I guess it didn't work out because i was there in March and did not see it anymore...
