We are on the south coast looking for a sailboat. Are there any marinas on the south coast or should we just go to Luperon??

I don't know the South coast too well but on the North Side, Luperon or Samana harbour.

You could check out Fajardo P.R. after seeing if there's anything in Luperon.

If Capt. Forrest Rodriguez is still in business in Andres/Boca Chica, he would be a good source for boats on the south coast. I can't remember his business' name but he also had a big marine parts store. He's located near Club Nautico in Andres.

There is a sail boat in Luperon for sale. The owner does not live in DR, but you can contact Ronnie, who lives in Luperon. He is taken care of the boat. He will contact my husband if you are interested. The boat is moored in the habour.
