Everything is sold out. Bankemployers from Banco Popular had contact with Metro Group.
They are starting now with preparing the land. They bring a lot of trucks with yellow sand.
Today the bank shall sent me an E-Mail which appartments are more for sale from Metro Group.

That space is part of the Aquabella project and will include a restaurant and commercial locations, possible dive center etc. as well as customer parking for the commercial center.
