did I mention friendly where everyone knew everyone and it was safe to walk the street any hour of the day or night??

At this moment they are preparing the land for the construction from AQUABELLA.

That could be Independent Financial Centre of the Americas ( IFCA ) small private Airport in the area near Juan Dolio - Guayacanes
