Well my energy costs will go down for sure! With a 25 story building on the beach directly in front of my condo I'll be in permanent 'shade' since our building faces south and this building will block all sunshine from ours. No more a/c needed to keep the apartment cool!!

It is on the other side of Juan Dolio. (Old Juan Dolio) near Marena Beach Resort.
Before you have Hotel Punta Garza there.
Near Plaza Oasis.
