Construction of a new aqueduct is on ! They are digging right now In all Villas Del Mar streets to put new and bigger pipes and a good news is that the same company as soon they finish with aqueduct is going to continue with the sanitary system and after they will fix all the streets ... There are authorized plans and funds already .

Any Word On The Aramis Project Or A Marina Project In Marbella?, Does Anybody Know If A New Restaurant Over The Sea (just Like Embarcadero At Starfish) Will Be Built In The Marbella/costa Del Sol Beach Front?, Yes I've Seen Renders With The Restaurant But I Really Don't Know If That's For Sure.

One year ago the company from Aquabella toke out a lot of sand from Punta Garza.
They put this sand in front of my window from my living room.(Residencial Marie Michell)
A mountain from sand from 10 meters high.
When they take this sand away?
Have I to wait another three years, until Aquabella is finished?

Somebody told me, that they are not starting with the construction from Aquabella, because there are four different titulos fom the land from Punta Garza.
