Opposite my colmado. Rocky beach access. stu1 bed from 153000 2 and 3 bed from 365000 beach view. Cheaper but not much for colmado view!! Also another set of new apts next to colmado

Actually its called penelope rather than PENE pole

Right on the rocky side of the Villas del Mar beach in front of Mar Azul - 12 floors ( 11 / 12 th floors are penthouses duplex ) ...looks nice to add another one to Juan Dolio future skyrise.
