As of now, their website only presents their Cofresí resort. If their Juan Dolio resort was to open this winter, I think they would be receiving reservations by now and have a part of their website devoted to such resort.

Until now. They did not start with the construction from Aquabella.
I hear, they did not sold to much apartments.

The resort is sold to a spanish company ( not Oasis - Globalia ) but will continue to be operated as an AI resort by Coral Hotels & Resorts - part of Coral Hospitality Corporation . The project of converting the property into condos is canceled . The Company has a new website now : Welcome to the Coral Hospitality Corp. :: Find the finest in accommodations through Coral Royal 5 Star Condos or Coral Comfort exclusive accommodations.

Just made my reservation there yesterday for the week of Oct21. For the past couple of years I have stayed in a two room suite on the 6fl. Costs a little extra but well worth with the type of room/service they give me. Talked to the floor manager yesterday regarding the room that I want and she indicated-no problem-in fact she said they are renovating the 4th fl. so they were a little tight on this style (penthouse) room.

My question is--am I to expect any change in service (better I hope) then what was rec. under the Hilton alliance?
Are there any opportunties to buy into this hotel at this point-be it share/condo etc.?

Sorry no pictures. It looks like a hotel on the outside but has no inside yet!!! it is being converted from an existing hotel which was there. There are piles of wood in reception which must be going to be used for something, but there is no evidence of many people working there - just security guards. No idea who you would contact for reservations - Maxims???
