The ill repair is really a damper on the area. With so many apartments for sale on the internet, it's too bad the owners of these units have to sell with the surrounding area looking like it does. The "patience" required was not a primary contention when they were induced to purchase, much less I;m sure the need to wait until other projects are done.

The glut of apartments now being sold in the area, plus those to come on line, require an inviting environment to compete for buyers. The developers should step up to the table, and defend the values of their projects and the investments of their clients by ensuring that the roads and landscaping encourage others to continue to invest in Juan Dolio, as opposed to other competitive locations.

Perhaps those suffering the road conditions should dump their garbage in front of the developments on the street every day or until they feel it is unnecessary, and let the new developments patiently deal with it.

steve in essence now u come out and finally cave in to the pipedream promise or strokejob by the developers that they will fix the roads when they are finished completing all the projects when and if that happens these developers have no financial interest in repairing any road except the one in front of their own house period. i predict it now they will say they dont have any funds but the recommendation will be to increase your MAINTIMIENTO MAINTENANCE bill every month to pay for this what a joke
