Metro has my confidence, and a little money. Like I said, and you quoted me, it mostly confidence and knowing whom to trust.
We;ve got 500 acres of beach in Macao- parts sold to Roco Kii- and still attractive at $34 per square meter. We seek US$66 Million for it- perhaps Metro would like to make a good faith deposit?

I wish you had such deal in Juan Dolio / Villas Del Mar beach ... I would go myself for it ... comparing to the land cost in here in most cases ridiculously expensive now

Could anyone comment on the infrastructure around Cap Cana before they started there ? ... It's the land ... open spaces ... great view ... but nothing there yet ... that's the idea

i believe punta cana had an airport and they had alot of financing to work on the infrastructure wide open spaces and no infrastructure in dr equals more than 10 years

Juan Dolio is located between 2 major Airports ( Las Americas and La Romana ) there are no needs in having one in Juan Dolio ... at least for now.
