Question Clarification needed

Hello everyone,

I have been following the various postings regarding Juan Dolio and which have been very helpful.

With all the new proposed projects scheduled for Juan Dolio,
does anyone have factual information on re following:
  • Contstruction Building Permits-Have these been granted & how many?
  • Water supply-How is fresh water currently supplied and what are the future plans?
  • Sewage treatment-No need to respond
  • Public power supply-What are the expansion plans

Real Estate Transactions-
  • How many properties are currently on the market?
  • What is the average time it takes to sell?
  • What percent of the asking price do the houses close at?

Thanks!

I am a lot of times driving with my scooter all around Juan Dolio in every street.
I saw that they make right now all over Juan Dolio in every street an all places waterpipelines.
The rest of the questions I do not know.

Default Actually mikey.......

Water installation was the one area where things moved along rather quickly once they were started.

We do have 'potable' water in old Juan Dolio (was installed the last time Leonel was in power) and the work went very quickly.

I also have seen some of the installation of water pipes for the Villas del Mar area of JD and I'm sure it won't be long until the taps are turned on.

Actually, if one get off the highway and beach roads and travel some of the back roads in JD some very interesting projects are starting to take shape!

I have a feeling I'm going to be pleasantly surprised when I get back in the fall after being home for the summer...........
