The shape of the cliffs surrounding the beach is really nice , just asking for a nice development there . There are no renders yet available on the Marina , should be a big one .

Not many hotels left!!! Only two worth staying at on the beach are Barcelo Capella and Costa Caribe

Well... Coral Costa Caribe is becoming the condominium too ...sales will start from North buildings ( where Casino is located ) , after South buildings ( on the beach) ...main building will be the hotel and Vacation Club units...

Rodriguez Sandoval , well known by projects like Malecon Center Residencial Towers and Hilton Santo Domingo Hotel , Caney Tower , Caribe Tower , Guavaberry Resort and Country Club etc. is going to start this year his new project in Juan Dolio - Aquabella... BTW Coral Costa Caribe the new North and South buildings were built by Ing. Rodriguez Sandoval too , as well Casa Del Mar Resort in Bayahibe ...Rodriguez Sandoval

Oh! How exciting! Soon I won't have to leave South Beach. So then what's the point of going to the D.R.

I go to the D.R. for the Dominican Republic and its culture not to a place that is a replica of my home country and sterilized.

What is in your minds, people?

You'll have to travel inland...from east to west to reintroduce yourself to this big beautiful country and it's culture.........or not.......

It's all these dense Americans with more money than brains!!

Met one not long ago that said he had $200,000 US with which to buy a condo (he was willing to offer that to the owner of one of the apts in our building that sold for US$65,000 after we steered him to a more suitable location for his $$$$).
