Juan Dolio - South Beach of the Caribbean !!!

I like Juan Dolio, but I don't think it is or will be the SoBe of the Carribean anytime soon. I think Cap Cana can/does/will hold that title. Especially after the awesome golf tourney and the beautiful setting out there. Drive on the roads there. No potholes, no flooding, no wierd smells at night. I still like the quaintess of Juan Dolio, but Cap Cana is a dreamland- for those who could afford it- (not me!)

I'm new to this site and this is my first post..I posted originally in the wrong place.. sorry to change the conversation.I travel to Juan Dolio all the time originally staying in costa caribe and now renting villas en metro and several times villas del sol unit 3.. I am returning April 24 - may 4 and staying in Guavabery. My question is how do you actually know the going prices for a piece of proprerty.. I get quoted 3 different prices for same piece of property.. Another question is how do I get in touch with an honest lawyer for a variety of different issues.. I know that maybe impossible down there. I have looked at several properties and definitely need some assistance...David ...Coral Springs Florida.....

the lawyer on this website guzman seems to have a good reputation but definitely dont use any lawyer the realtors or developers are recommending its called conflict of interest

The lawyer I have used on three properties is Nancy Gross. Her son bendix is in charge of sales at Guavaberry. She's excellent and very meticulous. When you get to Guavaberry, ask for bendix and ask for her number.

Thanks mikey ,do you have any specific villas you would personally recommend.. Im looking at the villas on the left hand side after club hemmingway,,, They are new constuction about 4 are finished and sold and going between 150,000 and 180,000..dollars... also if you make that left after club hemmingway and go down the street about 300 yards there are some small villas re-built going for 80,000 dollars and nobody is buying,, Do you have any idea why.. I realize need to redo some things but for the price have money to fix some things up...Behind this property is a big open field that they are leveling off.. Any help would be appreciated. David

Villas Alexandra ( located in front of Capella Resort next to future commercial center , 8 villas almost done) . Villas Del Sol I (resale) , Villas Del Sol II (under construction) and III (coming soon) . Villas Almonte (only 2 villas complex located close to the beach entrance between Marbella and Costa Del Sol) . Villas Ocean Breeze ( resale of 3 out of 6 villas complex , located in front of Villas Almonte . Villa Bonita complex ( almost done and located right on Boulevard for now is still sea view , close to the beach entrance). Villas in Residencial Riomar II ( located next to Capella Resort) . All mentioned are new small villas gated communities. But there are several villas for sale , older ones probably the ones you mentioned . Personally I recommend new constructions .

They said. There is coming a building from 8 floors.
Who knows something about that?

These villas are located right on the beach between Capella and Coral Costa Caribe Resorts. Older ones but in a nice area .
