costa blanca seems like a great project but when will this be actually completed and the 52 exclusive villas already sold, who are these insiders and at what actual price,they actually paid highly skeptical of these so called 52 villas already sold

Founders Villas 52 in total - sold out already at the price up to US$1,750,000 each with 30% down payment and minimum US$100,000 of Separation ... sounds like Costa Blanca is going fine

Sure they will have there own commercial center right on site of Costa Blanca or they just cross the river to San Pedro for shopping 5 min. driving

Your colmado is a little far from Costa Blanca but I'll sent the people from Costa del Sol and Marbella overthere, how does that sound?

Thanks FranK!!! I thought Costa Blanca was the continuation of the road past Albatros and that el Tanque would be the main access road for construction traffic? Or is it much closer to San Pedro and it and Juan Dolio will be very separate?

Matilda, its right before the bridge into SPM; three minutes in a car and you're at the bridge. You can gaze at the SPM port from Costa Blanca. In fact, I think considering part of Juan Dolio is just a marketing scheme.
