You are right aegap . But it is a part of Municipio Guayacanes as well as Juan Dolio , Villas Del Mar etc. The main idea to bring in the future the Boulevard from Villas Del Mar up to Costa Blanca project ( old road to San Pedro ) . BTW there are few more projects will come up in the area between them .

How you can see Matilda the distance from Guavaberry Golf & Country Club is almost the same as from Costa Blanca by Metro to your colmado  |

The sand there has two colors: yellow in the western part of the beach and gray in the eastern part ( brought from the river by the waves ) so I'm sure they will put more white sand there like in Villas Del Mar / Juan Dolio  |

The apartments at about the same price as Marbella by Metro . They say it's a planned 10 years project . Probably first 3-5 years Golf , Founders Villas and Towers will be built after Marina with it's Village etc.
