I didn't think the US market was the only one that counted. In fact, I liked the fact that the dollar declined because it meant people from other countries looked at my properties as "deals". That can be a good thing.
However, the US is NOT the only country that will be going into a recession within the next 4-6 months. These US mortgages went all over the world as investments and I'm banking on a slow down worldwide.

Me personally I don't believe that the drop in the American housing market will also affect the European market. They're still pretty confident in Europe and it shows in the sales.

and for "me personally" IF I was selling RE I would need to have the same level of confidence you have so as to get up in the morning and be raring to go.

Just funny thing . What a coincidence . Just spoke this morning with few investors from Spain , going to invest few M in the DR RE , and they said some thoughts like this made them to move their investments into DR .

Is there anyone aside from Frank & Metro sharing the success in the local market of Juan Dolio? Would be interesting to know the details regarding sales, prices, and percent sold for other projects.
