As well any idea why suddenly Plaza Real is making 2 other terraces in front of Boulevard ? And why Plaza Juan Dolio ( in front of Costa Del Sol with Medical Center and Banco Popular ) is building up second floor ???

Glad to read that besides criticizing you also do something positive.

Franky, don't take personal shots.
Its not very professional.
Why don't you clean in front of the building as well instead of keeping it a wreck - fool.
You still dont seem to get the message-
1- nothing going on for families
2- nothing going on at Las Olas
3- nothing but dust and dirt around the new buildings-
4- 8 drunks to handle Guayacanes to Juan Dolio beach cleaning
5- other issues you continue to duck

Finally, whataver commentary you might read from me are observations of fact- you take it personally, so it must hit you pretty close to the truth. Thanks for the tremendous contribution that beaches receive debris from storms.
Wonderfully enlightening.

no idea. Opposite a restaurant/mini market. Surrounded by some new developments. But I was approached to see if I knew anyone who would like to rent/buy any of the shops. Only curious as to how any new businesses that open there think they will make any money in the short to medium term when most other businesses are closing.

Sandro is always expanding Plaza Real. Espcially as there are no hotels now. The restaurant/ cafe where the new terrace is, is for rent again for the 3 rd time in 9 months. The second floor above the bank has been being built for the last 15 months. Makes sense and I understand much of it is to expand the medical centre which gotr id of the ambulance as there was no need for it as not enough people were sick! I am sure it will all be needed one day......just not yet.

Have you looked in the mirror lately. NOW I"M PERSONAL
You still dont seem to get the message-
1- nothing going on for families
We have families here all the time and they have a blast
2- nothing going on at Las Olas
Wait till it's ready
3- nothing but dust and dirt around the new buildings-
Have never seen a construction site without dirt and dust
4- 8 drunks to handle Guayacanes to Juan Dolio beach cleaning
How you know they were drunk, you sat and drank with them?

Again nothing was personal until you made it.

Hey Franky
Read your sorry last line- sarcastic compliment, thanks buddy.
Perhaps you can visit the orphanage we donate to in San Pedro- or the Kids we support through our 37 dealerships in the DR. Or maybe, one day, you can sweat it out on the beach in Juan Dolio with the Cleaning crew../ don't know, maybe you were there in the pack of the 4 watching. The fact that Marbella and Costa del Sol have clean beaches- wow?? Any maintainence paid there? Or, lets have people buy units and leave the beach unkept- great fun for the kids, great for business, sales.

Next time down in July, I'll make it a point to stop by and use the beach and facilities, I mean the beach, the beach, the beach - I'll bring along a chatica and maybe find some litter to pick up...
