Can't see why anyone would buy an apartment on a volcanic rock beach in Juan Dolio?
Perhaps thats why the other buidling there is empty. You can just look at the building and seen its inferior in quality- the windows, the finish.... another snow job...
Drove by the old Melia- looks like a bomb blew it up- again. Wasn't that building being rebuilt as condos? I recall that it was going to be ready by the middle of last year- perhaps the owners had problems getting the final permits- It was going along well and now, dead.
Any idea of the status of that project?
