Nope , it will be built in the western part of old Juan Dolio - between Juan Dolio and Guayacanes . Right next to Caba Mar Beach Club

Oh, come on your're not being kind! They are not mad ...smart. Because that's the spot they burn garbage every nite and well, it will be a beacon for some lost soul that can't find the $350,000 condo he bought.
Think before you write. :>

Are you familiar with that particular area of Juan Dolio ? Just to know it's the area where many other projects are (or will be) located like Aqua Tower , Aqua Loft , Sun Set Tower , Coconut Cay Beach etc. The unique area (unfortunately for now) of Juan Dolio where all the roads are asphalted . Plus each of the mentioned projects are beachfront and having direct access to the Highway at the same time .

I have visited the area over the past twenty years. When I first saw this thread I thought I must have missed something - all I had seen was a long road with a few mediocre hotels etc blocking what was once a very nice beach. I now realise that this thread is kept going by a few interested parties who are not interested in reality but are keen to flog apartments in the middle of no-where where there is nothing to do. Of course the advertising blurb makes it look great - but once you have seen the beach what else is there to do - visit the colmado? This bubble is bound to burst if it hasn't done so already.

With all these new projects that are planned, where will the average person be able to use the public beach?
This is getting ridiculous with the amount of projects proposed for this area.

This matter was beaten to death on this thread . So again - Juan Dolio / Villas Del Mar beaches ARE 100% PUBLIC . There are several public entrances to the beaches , there are no fences on the beaches , there is nothing and no one to stop you from walking from Guayacanes to Villas Del Mar crossing all Juan Dolio along the sea up to San Pedro if you wish . There is a huge entrance to the Juan Dolio PUBLIC beach with the big sign ''Welcome to Juan Dolio Public Beach''(in spanish) . In Villas Del Mar area with all the beachfront projects done or under construction there are 3 entrances in different locations within necessary distances.

uh-huh! And in each of those locations you are stopped for bringing in beach chairs, or umbrellas. So, yes public access if you want to sit on the sand in full sun... not very relaxing for someone who doesn't like to burn.
